Design Philosophy
The client’s vision was clear—an extravagant home that seamlessly blends luxury, comfort, and grandeur while catering to the dynamic needs of a family of four. Situated in a dense urban fabric, the 3000 sq. ft. plot was transformed into a palatial retreat, ensuring both privacy and opulence in every corner.

Spatial Experience
Living & Dining: A Grand Social Hub
The heart of the residence is an expansive, open-plan living and dining area that occupies the entire width of the home. To maintain a sense of openness, we defined zones purely through furniture arrangements, allowing for effortless interaction while maintaining distinct functional spaces.

A 20-foot waterfall feature forms a dramatic backdrop, creating a soothing ambiance and enhancing the grandeur of the space.
On the opposite side, a marble-clad TV wall anchors the room, adding to the richness of the interiors.
Above the living space, the double-height ceiling accommodates a breathtaking 30-piece customized chandelier, serving as a focal point of the home.
Master Bedroom: A Haven of Subtle Luxury
The master suite is an embodiment of understated opulence, featuring:

Onyx flooring that exudes warmth and refinement.
A magnificent king-sized bed, positioned to highlight the elegance of the space.
A walk-in wardrobe leading into a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring exclusivity and indulgence.
Children’s Bedrooms: Personalized Retreats
Understanding that a child’s room should reflect their personality, we designed two distinctly themed bedrooms that cater to their individual preferences.

The Son’s Room: A playful yet minimalistic environment with an all-white geometric theme. A built-in bed and a cozy lounger make it the perfect hangout spot for gaming with friends.
The Daughter’s Room: Inspired by soft elegance, this space is designed to feel dreamy and whimsical with blush pink marble flooring and curved elements, creating a cozy and enchanting retreat.
Entertainment & Leisure: Crafted for Social Gatherings
A home designed for entertainment, several bespoke spaces were incorporated to cater to the client’s love for hosting guests:

Multipurpose Garage: Designed to double as a mini party hall, ensuring seamless transitions from daily use to social events.
Private Bar & Pool Table: A lavishly designed bar spills onto a landscaped terrace, offering a sophisticated setting for intimate gatherings.
Home Theatre: A plush 12-seater cinema room on the second floor provides a true luxury viewing experience.
Wellness Retreat: A spa and Jacuzzi area, designed as a serene escape within the home, allows for ultimate relaxation.
Lift Access: To enhance convenience and accessibility, all floors are connected by a modern lift system.
